My classes encourage movement with awareness and care, looking to appreciate your body and treat yourself with kindness.

I have always had a love and passion for movement! Move at every opportunity. Motion is lotion. It is very easy to take our bodies for granted, but our body is our means of expression. If we don’t love and care for our bodies, how can we expect to give it the best chance of being the best we can be (whatever that means to you – it will be different for everyone).
