5 Dance It Out: Floor Barre

6 Tabata: Combat

7 Full Body Blast: Core Series

8 Lets Move: Burn Baby Burn

9 Wake up Dynamic Movement: Abs ÷Arms

10. Super Sculpt: Yoga and Relaxation
